AHA / IHF "Family and Friends" CPR
If a cardiac arrest happened to your loved one or a close friend, would you know how to perform life-saving CPR, which can dramatically increase a Sudden Cardiac Arrest (SCA) Victim's chances of survival? This American Heart Association Family & Friends Training Course is aimed at training participants in the basics of CPR skills. All candidates will receive a copy of the American Heart Association "Family & Friends" CPR Book and a Lifepack for CPR use.
Course Content
This course is multi-media and practice based to ensure students feel competent in providing CPR for their family and friends.
Instructors will assist and give individual attention throughout the practice sessions of the course.
This course is ideal for anyone interested in learning the basic skills involved in CPR.
