FETAC Level 5 Occupational First Aid Refresher Course
All existing Occupational First Aiders must update their training every two years and those who do it based on the new H.S.A. Syllabus (applicable from 01/09/08) will be entitled to a FETAC Level 5 award. All of our instructors are registered with the Pre-Hospital Emergency Care Council and Occupational First Aid Assessment Agent - OFAAA.
Course Contents
First Aid in the Workplace Re-training based on Occupational First Aid Syllabus with particular emphasis placed on Cardiac First Responder unit of course.
Preferred Entry Requirement
Have Occupational First Aid Certificate issued two years prior. This certificate must have been issued by Occupational First Aid Instructors listed by OFAAA.
Course Structure
- Course Duration: 1 days
- Assessment: Skills Demonstration in CPR/AED – 40%, other First Aid Skills – 30% and Short Answer Questions – 30%.
