AHA / IHF Cardiac First Responder (CFR) Course
Our CFR Responder Course includes the Heartsaver AED Course plus additional modules. These modules include the administration of aspirin, stroke assessment (FAST Assessment), critical incident stress awareness, Cardiac First Responder Report (CFRR) and legal indemnity issues. The CFR Responder Course takes approximatley 6 hours to complete and you will recieve a Dual Irish Heart Foundation / Pre Hospital Emergency Care Council (PHECC) CFR Responder course completion card in addition to a Heartsaver AED course completion card upon successfully completing the course.
Course Content
This course is multi-media and practice based to ensure students feel competent in providing CPR, using an AED Machine, administering Aspirin and other related cardiac emergencies.
Instructors will assist and give individual attention throughout the practice sessions of the course.
Preferred Entry Requirement
No previous qualification required.
